**Job Description:**
+ Realizar entrada das ordens de venda no SAP, mediante interface com DTX, para seguimento do processo de pedido de vendas e entrega do produto/serviço aquirido
+ Realizar interface com: equipe de engenharia de produto em relação a master data de produtos, importação com relação à chegada dos embarques, equipe comercial em relação à liberação comercial dos pedidos e equipe financeira ref. liberação de crédito dos clientes.
+ Apoiar na tratativa dos SACs de clientes Spark para dar seguimento e boa experiência de atendimento aos clientes Spark;
+ Administrar as devoluções de mercadorias (documental e física) atendendo a solicitação dos clientes, conforme necessário e de acordo com o processo;
+ Operar plataforma CRM para o fluxo de pedidos de vendas, monitorar e otimizar o trajeto das solicitações, garantindo que sejam processadas adequadamente.
+ Interface com o time do operador logístico UPS para acompanhamento dos pedidos e garantir a entrega dos mesmos;
+ Realizar semanalmente testes do NBA (sistema qualidade do DTX e SAP) como um key user para validar novas interfaces do sistema para melhoria processual.
+ Power user de CRM do time comercial e de serviços Envista, por meio de participação em reuniões mensais de melhorias, abertura de chamados ou implementação de novos fluxos de trabalho envolvendo outras ferramentas.
+ Apoiar o time comercial na administração de pedidos Spark, ver o que está parado e poder atuar nesses casos para rápida liberação e assim garantir os tempos de SLA de cada processo e boa experiência ao cliente final.
+ Responsável por acompanhar semanalmente com o time de Costa Rica, os casos parados por algum problema de sistema e fazer a ponte com o cliente para dar seguimento no fluxo no atendimento.
+ Outras atividades poderão ser designadas.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Conhecimento prévio sobre o sistema CRM
+ Experiências anteriores com atendimento ao cliente
+ Espanhol e/ou Inglês intermediário
+ Conhecimento SAP
