**Job Description:**
Suportar a área Comercial no processo de entrada das ordens no SAP, atendendo os clientes em relação ao status dos pedidos e previsão de faturamento e entrega. Coordenar as devoluções ou trocas de produtos Nobel.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Gerenciar a carteira de pedidos (prioridades de atendimento; atendimento parcial; etc);
+ Entrada das ordens de venda no SAP, mediante formulário enviado pelo time comercial;
+ Realizar interface com: equipe de planejamento em relação à disponibilidade de produtos; equipe de engenharia de produto em relação a phase in/phase out de produtos, equipe comercial em relação à liberação comercial dos pedidos e equipe financeira ref. liberação de crédito dos clientes.
+ Apoiara na tratativa dos SACs.
+ Coordenar as devoluções de mercadorias (documental e física);
+ Contato com clientes ref. trocas e devoluções.
+ Análise do formulário de trocas ou devoluções (validade dos produtos, data de emissão da NF de compra).
+ Criação do RMA (Autorização de retorno de Mercadorias) no SAP.
+ Recebimento do material no escritório de Joinville.
+ Interface com o time do operador logístico (XPM).
+ Contato com as transportadoras ref. entrega;
