Reporting Specialist

We're seeking someone to join our CDRR Management team in Budapest to provide Project Management and Business Continuity data, reports, and entitlement management to our businesses.

Team members will partner closely with our Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Business Partners globally to provide accurate, actionable data and reporting in a timely manner to support more informed decision-making and develop reporting toolset with PowerBI and Gen AI potential.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technology Administration Office position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you'll do in the role:


- Contribute to the function through a range of operational activities and project tasks, developing an understanding of the business and operating environment.
- Provide recurring and ad-hoc reports across the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience organization
- Support Entitlement and Profile Management
- Collect and analyze data, check data quality and make suggestion for improvements
- Participate in dashboard development and testing
- Coordinate with the development team on system enhancements


What you'll bring to the role:


- Ability to engage with the broader team, communicate goals, tasks and deliverables in 1-1 and team meetings.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation in English).
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Experience with advanced Excel functions and automation (Excel Visual Basic and Excel Power Query)
- Experience with business intelligence tools especially Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to distil technical and complex information into easy-to-understand terms for stakeholders
- Client focus and strong analytical skills
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
