What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Junior/Mid Reporting Analyst to join the team of one of our clients, a leading international bank.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports to institutional clients, providing accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate data from various applications and teams to prepare accurate reports within specified deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline back-office processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, compliance, and technology teams, to address client needs and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in addressing client queries promptly and effectively within the stipulated time frame.
• Strictly follow policies and procedures while working on reports, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
• Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures.
• Deliver to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and work within set policies and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in report operations and report creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in English.
• Great organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise accordingly, and make decisions as required.
Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of the asset management industry and performance calculations is preferred.
• Experience with service management methodologies (such ITIL).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
