Job Description

As a Reporting Business Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage core analytic solutions to enhance customer team efficiency. Your role involves executing projects and generating necessary reports to support business operations across various client contexts, including diverse system configurations and organizational structures. You'll build internal relationships to secure data for in-depth analysis, delivering data-driven insights and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Your responsibilities include maintaining report and dashboard accuracy, assisting in planning and forecasting, and providing ad-hoc analysis to partners. You'll report to a Business Intelligence Manager, collaborate with a team, and receive guidance on more complex projects from senior analysts and management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE   

As a remote Reporting Business Intelligence Analyst working from home, you will:  

Use core analytic solutions to support customer teams and increase efficiency.Work on projects and necessary reporting in a business supporting role. Complexity can vary based on several client size, systems, varying levels of established structures, or dynamics of customer and dataWork and build internal relationships to ensure data is available for analysis and better understandingInterpret goals, trends, risks and areas for improvement by reporting on important metrics and conclusions.Maintain accuracy of reports and dashboardsProvide data-driven insights to team members and partnersSupport planning and forecasting to daily partnersSupport partners with ad-hoc reporting and analysisReceive guidance and mentorship on more complex projects/matters from higher level analysts and management.Report directly to a Business Intelligence Manager and work with a team
 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

Other qualifications for our remote Reporting Business Intelligence Analyst role include: 

Proficient knowledge of core analysis solution and tools (such as OLTP/OLAP data structures, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, Business Objects)Proficient knowledge of domain languages (such as SQL Query, HIVEQL)1+ years of related education or experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this roleProficiency in all Microsoft productsBachelor's Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent. Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or Statistics/MathematicsExperience in data-driven solutions, business analytics, dashboard design experienceMust reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

The base salary range for this position is $48,000- $50,000 plus incentives aligned with the role. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
