Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in Power BI, MS SQL, Oracle, and Python. This role will involve creating insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes across the organization.

Your tasks:

► Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

► Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including MS SQL and Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

► Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for reporting purposes.

► Utilize Python for data analysis, automation of reporting processes, and integration with other data sources or APIs.

► Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

► Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements.

► Ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards, adhering to established deadlines and quality standards.

► Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Power BI reports and dashboards.

► Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting technologies.

Qualifications

► Proven experience in a reporting or data analysis role, with a strong portfolio of Power BI dashboards and reports.

► Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL Server and Oracle) for data extraction and manipulation.

► Experience with Python for data analysis and automation tasks.

► Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

► Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.

► Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
