We are seeking a highly skilled **Reporting Analyst** to support our HR Reporting initiatives!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for data gathering, analysis and the creation of reports that help in decision-making and improving service delivery within the GBS center. This role involves collecting, analyzing and managing information from various sources within the organization, identifying gaps in the existing reports and recommending improvements.
This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.**
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid.**
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Collect, analyze, and report data on shared service operations, including performance metrics, service quality, and efficiency.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and boost customer happiness.
+ Monitor shared service performance against targets and SLAs, reporting any deviations.
+ Communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators through reports and presentations.
+ Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards for real-time operational insights.
+ Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards to maintain high-quality service delivery.
+ Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams to gather data and contextualize findings.
+ Train staff on reporting tools and methodologies, providing support for reporting-related issues.
+ Analyze trends to predict future performance and make strategic recommendations.
+ Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on management or departmental requests.
+ Apply data visualization tools to highlight trends for leadership review.
+ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of generated data and reports.
+ Improve existing reporting systems and explore new data presentation methods.
+ Stay informed on the latest reporting trends and technologies.
**For This Role You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, economics, statistics, information technology, or a related field is often required.
+ 2+ years of relevant experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role
+ Database management and data warehousing knowledge.
+ Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services.
+ Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights (e.g., the ability to perform statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques).
+ Ability to work with precision to ensure accuracy in reports and data analysis
+ Proficiency in English.
+ Proficiency in at least one additional language (French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, or Czech), both spoken and written.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Proficient in written and verbal communication (e.g., for presenting findings and making recommendations to partners).
+ Ability to identify issues and discrepancies in data and develop solutions to address them.
+ An understanding of the industry.
+ Project management skills to coordinate reporting projects from inception to completion.
+ Ability to collaborate with teams across various functions, including IT, finance, and operations.
+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to reporting.
+ Technical Skills and Knowledge: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Data Analyst (CDA), or specific certifications in tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred. Experience with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll. Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques, including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Studio. Experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly in HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, and Knowledge Management. Familiarity with Workday Studio Skills in managing and analyzing data within ServiceNow, including reporting and dashboard creation. Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and planning. Statistical analysis and the use of statistical software. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with programming languages such as Workday Studio.
