Repo Product Manager (Hybrid)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Repo Product Manager to lead the vision, execution, and ongoing optimization of our repo product suite. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering innovative solutions, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving product growth. In this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable product strategies, ensure client success, and identify new opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectivesCreate personalized client success blueprints with measurable outcomesTranslate business goals into viable product solutions and compelling client experiencesOwn significant product domains and manage client relationships end-to-endEnsure consistency and quality across all product offerings and client touchpointsDrive data-driven prioritization across multiple initiatives and projectsImplement proactive communication protocols and regular client sentiment analysesDefine, track, and analyze success metrics for products and client relationshipsConduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvementMaintain end-to-end responsibility for client accounts and day-to-day relationshipsDevelop, implement, and monitor client success plans and account strategiesConduct regular business reviews, meetings, and check-ins with client stakeholdersIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities, including upsells and cross-sellsMonitor deliverables, product metrics, and client health indicatorsShowcase best practices and product capabilities to drive adoptionIdentify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or repo productsProven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmapsStrong client relationship management and interpersonal skillsData-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics for product decisionsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilitiesDemonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecyclesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing initiativesExperience with market research and translating insights into product enhancementsStrategic thinker with a growth mindset and passion for innovation

Salary range $195,000.00- $205,000.00 USD . Bonus Eligible.
