Repo Product Manager (Hybrid)

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Repo Product Manager to lead the vision, execution, and ongoing optimization of our repo product suite. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering innovative solutions, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving product growth. In this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable product strategies, ensure client success, and identify new opportunities for expansion. Responsibilities: + Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives + Create personalized client success blueprints with measurable outcomes + Translate business goals into viable product solutions and compelling client experiences + Own significant product domains and manage client relationships end-to-end + Ensure consistency and quality across all product offerings and client touchpoints + Drive data-driven prioritization across multiple initiatives and projects + Implement proactive communication protocols and regular client sentiment analyses + Define, track, and analyze success metrics for products and client relationships + Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement + Maintain end-to-end responsibility for client accounts and day-to-day relationships + Develop, implement, and monitor client success plans and account strategies + Conduct regular business reviews, meetings, and check-ins with client stakeholders + Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells + Monitor deliverables, product metrics, and client health indicators + Showcase best practices and product capabilities to drive adoption + Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies Qualifications: + Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred + 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or repo products + Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps + Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills + Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics for product decisions + Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities + Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing initiatives + Experience with market research and translating insights into product enhancements + Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and passion for innovation Salary range $195,000.00- $205,000.00 USD .
