What is the opportunity? 

Provide support to the Central Funding (Repo) desk for Triparty AllocationEnsure Funding requirements are satisfied for over 100 Billion USD in Triparty Portfolios

What will you do?

Perform daily Triparty allocationEnsure timely processing of daily GCF transactionsMonitor Net Free Equity and LiquidityProvide daily cash projections & perform daily collateral analysisResearch and address any overnight cash & position breaksPrepare daily management reportsEnsure correct processing of all Triparty bookings in ICI Impact at EODCoordinate within team to accomplish required goalsHelp to improve or enhance existing procedures and processingMentor newer staff to understand the intricacies of the businessAddress and confirm any incoming Audit RequestsProvide daily customer margin analysis of Repo portfolios & process margin calls when necessaryReview regulatory margin reports & process margin calls on all FINRA 4210 margin deficitsArticulate any discrepancies and/or issues to the Front Office and Management

What do you need to succeed?

Basic Qualifications (Legislative Requirement)

5 to 10 years Fixed Income experience in Operations/SettlementsThe ability to work in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of Triparty Repo allocation processKnowledge of Repo Margin Call processExperience using Microsoft Excel & WordExperience using/writing MacrosSolid experience using ADP/BPS, APEX & ICI processing systemsKnowledge of settlements via BONY, DTC & GSCCExperience using Bony Access Edge and JPM Markets

Other Required Qualifications:

Detail oriented / organized and results drivenStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast paced environment

Suggested Qualifications:

Experience running projects and coordinating with different groupsExperience documenting and updating standing procedures

The expected salary range for this particular position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
