As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will manage the labor and equipment of the warehouse replenishment operation in conjunction with the control tower guidance and direction. You will work closely with all departments to ensure on-time completion and maintain the quality of orders to meet customer requirements, as well as work with staffing agencies to ensure proper start-up and adherence to timekeeping protocols. 

 

YOUR TASKS: Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the replenishment and put-away departments Ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers Document, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed Performance management of all employees Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department Monitor order picking for shipment availability in WMS as it relates to the control tower Investigate and respond to any inquiries as needed by the control tower Update and maintain Kronos and Metrics in Excel, as it relates to WMS reporting Shift: Wednesday-Friday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm and EVERY OTHER Saturday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

 

YOUR PROFILE: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience   3 + years SAP and/or equivalent Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required 3+ years of Supervisory experience Experience with Units Per Hour-driven departments and productivity Must be able to operate material handling equipment, including stand-up forklift and reach truck
