Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Repair Technician II - Industrial Pumps to join their team. As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the Infusion Pump Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hands-on work which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repair Technician II - Industrial Pumps

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $27.04 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

Perform routine and complex work related to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical devices. Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root cause issues. Document all aspects of Infusion Pump service activities, ensuring compliance with quality and operational procedures. Assist with product complaint investigations and collaborate with various teams to resolve non-conformities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while participating in special projects as needed.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or GED equivalent; A.S. degree in a technical discipline preferred. 1-3 years of industry experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or a related environment. Proficiency in cGMP compliance and understanding of quality system regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to edit documentation as necessary. Hands-on experience with electronic/mechanical equipment repair, including soldering and using testing equipment.
