Job responsibilities
As a service technician, you are part of the aftermarket department and work in the workshop together with two other technicians. Your main work involves servicing electric or battery tools within the company's product segment for DeWalt. This means that you receive service requests, make warranty assessments, submit cost proposals, carry out repairs and maintenance. The customers you work with are mainly DeWalt dealers in the Swedish market, which are the largest hardware store chains. Within the company, you have internal contact with the service department, customer service and sales organization. In addition, you are also responsible for external contact with dealers and other workshops with which Stanley Black & Decker has established partnerships. At the start, you are offered product and system training and an introduction from the team.
• Service, repairs and maintenance of electric and battery-powered tools within DeWalt
• Warranty assessments & quotation writing
• Contact with dealers and internal departments
Education, experience and personal qualities
• Completed upper secondary education, preferably in technology
• A few years of practical work experience in technology, preferably in mechanics or electricity
• Good computer and system skills
• Unhindered knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

In your work, you are thorough, pay attention to detail and like to do things properly with a clear structure.
