We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Wooden Pallet Repair Operator to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that involves inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect wooden pallets for damage and determine necessary repairsUse hand tools such as nail guns and reciprocating saws to repair and rebuild palletsConsistently lift, flip, and move pallets weighing 65–70 pounds throughout the shiftMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMeet daily production and quality goalsFollow all safety procedures and company policies
Work Experience
Requirements:Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasksComfortable using hand tools and power tools (e.g., nail guns, saws)Strong attention to detail and qualityReliable attendance and punctualityPrevious experience in pallet repair, construction, or general labor is a plus
