**Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Liner Hanger Repair and Maintenance Specialist IV to lead inspection, testing, qualification, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of oilfield tools and equipment, including electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This senior role involves troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofits, and upgrades—while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational excellence standards. **Responsibilities:** + Lead and perform complex troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of tools and equipment. + Oversee workshop/electronic lab operations, assign work, and ensure compliance with procedures. + Conduct testing, calibration, and root cause analysis for equipment failures. + Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and compliance records. + Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all activities. **Skills:** + Expert knowledge with Liner Hangers + Workshop Environment experience + Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic expertise + Knowledge of NDT/NDE and hazardous materials handling + Critical thinking & complex problem-solving skills + Leadership & team coordination + Quality control and time management + Basic computer literacy **Qualifications:** **Required:** + Minimum 3 years’ experience in Liner Hanger. + Bachelor’s degree in engineering required + Basic computer proficiency Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
