Key Responsibilities

Repack Operations Coordination

Lead, organize, and execute daily repack assignments based on operational priorities and inventory needs.

Ensure repack procedures are performed efficiently and according to company standards for quality and food safety.

Monitor repack productivity and adjust staffing as needed to meet production goals.

Famous Management System

Accurately enter repack production data, including inputs and outputs, into the Famous our ERP system.

Generate reports, track repack inventory, and resolve any discrepancies in the system.

Maintain real-time visibility of product movement and repack results for inventory and sales coordination.

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and motivate the repack crew to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Conduct regular team briefings and ensure clear communication of job expectations and daily goals.

Monitor crew compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.

Produce Quality Control

Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product meets company and customer specifications.

Work closely with QC personnel to identify and address quality concerns.

Communicate any recurring quality issues to management and suggest process improvements.

Work Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a repack lead or similar supervisory role within the produce industry.Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Famous Software.Solid understanding of produce quality standards and food safety regulations.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities bilingual English/Spanish is required.Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment and stand for extended periods.Experience in a fast-paced distribution or packing facility.Familiarity with GMPs, and other produce safety standards.
