Rep II, Customer Service Ops (Scanner - US Healthcare Account)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Scanner is responsible for managing inbound fax lines to sort and process documents efficiently and accurately, and initial and on-going communication with doctors and providers to pursue valid prescription orders and/or medical records for a patient order of supplies via our multiple fax inboxes. The PO Scanner will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from our Physician Support/Processing leadership team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Reviews documents retrieved from inbound faxes to determine validity; scans documents efficiently and accurately (estimated 100 documents per day).

· Maintains accurate and detailed records in company database.

· Manages assigned fax inbox to correspond with appropriate teammates.

· Provides excellent customer service while communicating with provider offices and teammates.

· Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.

· Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback to improve processes and policies.
 

Qualifications

(1) At least 2 years of college coursework or experience

(2) Knowledge in Healthcare Operations or Revenue Cycle Components is a plus

(4) Experience in using Contact Center phone system such as NICE and/or Genesys is an advantage
