**_What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Responsible for providing services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
**_Qualifications_**
+ Existing B2 within Cardinal Health
+ Experience in handling Medical Documentation (Written Orders, Clinical Notes, Authorization, etc.) is an advantage
+ At least 1 year of tenure in current role
+ No DAs for the past 12 months
**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**
+ Applies acquired job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete standard tasks specifically checking the accuracy and completion of patients' medical documentation, which are required for order fulfillment
+ Perform Outbound Calls to Doctor's office if necessary
+ Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
+ Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
+ Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
+ Refers to policies and past practices for guidance

+ Consults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems
