The Customer Service Representative position is focus on taking care of the process order and achieve or exceed customer's satisfaction and developing strong relationships with external and internal customers.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customer's needsData entry in various platformsInteraction with different internal areas such as Credit & Collections, Planning, Transportation, Trade Compliance, and some others.Qualifications
