This role is an on-site or hybrid role based at Edwards’ corporate headquarters in Irvine, California. **How you’ll make an impact:** The Rep, Indirect Sourcing is responsible for supporting source-to-pay business processes and applications. + Monitor and address routine service tickets/queries (basic to intermediate troubleshooting) for Procurement-managed processes and systems + Provide user support for Procurement-managed systems + Support supplier enablement program + Identify and remediate supplier lifecycle and source-to-pay intake discrepancies (e.g., Tonkean, TPIF, etc.) + Process the procurement review and approval of purchase requisitions and change orders + Assist with maintaining project deliverables and timelines + Support entry and maintenance of applicable data/databases (e.g., catalogs, supplier information, commodities, spend, etc. + Other duties assigned by Leadership **What you'll need (Required):** + High School diploma and 1 year of related work experience **What else we look for (Preferred):** + Bachelor's Degree in a related field + 2 years of related work experience in procurement, customer service supporting enterprise source-to-pay or supplier lifecycle management applications (e.g., Coupa) + Experience in spend data analysis and reporting + Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Visio + Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills + Language proficiency is required to read, write and speak English + Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills + Ability to manage confidential information with discretion + Quick learner with attention to detail + Ability to interact professionally and independently with all organizational levels + Ability to time-manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the department on projects + Travel expectation (domestic and international) approximately 5% (Actual percentage of time is determined by Management) Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $42,000 to $57,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
