Rents Analyst (for Lease Administration) Job ID 216437 Posted 21-Apr-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Data & Analytics Location(s) Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico **RENTS ANALYST** **JOB SUMMARY** The Rents Analyst plays a crucial role in the efficient and accurate management of lease agreements, with a primary focus on all aspects of rent management. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate rent payments, rent collection, processing rent adjustments, maintain rent-related records, and serve as a key point of contact for landlords, subtenants, and internal stakeholders regarding rent inquiries. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Assists internal stakeholders in resolving critical issues and queries by researching + and gathering information about payment transactions and other relevant items as + requested. + Provides narratives on monthly variance reports. + Tracks payables and receivables associated with the leases in portfolio. Processes + client rent rolls utilizing the database. + Prepares invoices for subtenants, reconciles subtenant accounts and communicates + with subtenants to collect outstanding payments. + Reviews AP invoices for errors, accuracy with lease document and ensures correct + coding in database. Follows up with landlords to discuss discrepancies. + Reviews annual operating expense reconciliations. + Prepares and delivers periodic/ad-hoc reports in a timely, accurate manner. + Prepares and reviews CPI adjustments in accordance to lease agreements for AP and + AR leases. + Performs other duties as assigned **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in economics, administrative or accountable sciences areas (preferred) + Advanced English + Willing to answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and / or supervisor + Ability to present information effectively to an internal department and / or large groups of Employees _When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
