As we grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and technically proficient **Rental Treatment Sales Specialist** to join our WSS team. **About the Role** As a key member of our WSS sales team, you’ll be responsible for the sales of rental water treatment solutions across a diverse portfolio of Xylem and Evoqua products. With a strong technical background and customer-centric approach, you will uncover client needs, design effective water treatment solutions, and play a pivotal role in our growth by driving new business and expanding existing relationships. **Key Responsibilities** + Drive rental treatment sales for Xylem and Evoqua treatment products including DAF, MBBR, UV, Ozone, and Dewatering solutions. + Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers across the Northern UK & Ireland. + Identify, plan, and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Collaborate with internal and European teams to deliver technical solutions that exceed customer expectations. + Maintain accurate records using Salesforce, including customer interactions, quotations, and tenders. + Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contribute to strategic sales and product development initiatives. **About You** + Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical or solution-based sales, preferably in water treatment or the industrial/rental sector. + Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in treatment solutions. + Strong commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach. + Valid UK driving license (category B). + Fluent in English (verbal and written). **Why Xylem?** At Xylem, we offer more than just a job – we provide a platform for innovation, collaboration, and impactful work.
