We are seeking a hands-on and energetic Rental Equipment Support Specialist to maintain and prepare electric scooters while providing excellent customer service during weekend evening shifts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical activity, working outdoors, and engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, stage, and maintain electric scooters
• Charge batteries, perform basic maintenance, and inspect equipment
• Greet customers and assist with the rental process and safety guidance
• Use mobile apps to track tasks and scooter status
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
• Experience in physical labor, warehouse, or equipment support preferred
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift to 40 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
