Job Description

Summary:

The Rental Car Representative is the front-line face of our rental operations, ensuring every customer has a smooth, friendly, and efficient rental experience. From greeting customers to preparing vehicles and guiding them through the rental process, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating loyal customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers throughout the rental process, including vehicle selection and checkoutPrepare rental vehicles to meet company standards before each rentalMaintain and follow all rental policies and proceduresProvide honest, ethical, and high-quality customer service at all timesResolve customer issues professionally and promptlySupport team members to ensure smooth daily operationsKeep accurate records and process transactions efficientlyOperate computer systems and rental software to complete rentals

 

QualificationsValid driver’s licenseStrong customer service and communication skillsProven ability to solve problems effectivelyAbility to work with people from diverse backgroundsDesire to succeed in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous car rental or insurance replacement experienceFace-to-face sales experience
