Job Title: Rent Department Manager Location: Jackson, NJ This position does require traveling to 8 properties throughout South New Jersey. Will use own vehicle for travel, but will receive a gas card. Type: Contract-to-permanent Compensation: $25.00 / hr. Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday Rent Department Manager Job Duties: + Collect rent payments (cash, check, or electronically). + Enforce late fee policies and send notices for delinquent accounts. + Will work with office managers at each park to setup the Rent Manager software in the office. + Will show tenants how to use the Rent Manager software to pay rent online. Rent Department Manager Job Requirements: + Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle. Travel will become less once all the offices are set up and running with the new software. + Previous experience with collecting rent is preferred. + Must have good computer skills. Proficient in MS Excel and Word. + Organized and detail oriented.
