Job Description

Job Summary:

SBMA, a third-party administrator, is an affordable ACA-compliant benefits provider to thousands of employers. Their goal is to simplify the complexity of providing employee benefits. SBMA is different because of its personal service, speed of implementation, and innovative approach to benefits coverage.  SBMA is currently seeking a Renewals Admin I to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (including but not limited to):

Update Wrike with correct renewal information, including mapping and final plansSet up and process basic renewalsProcess AmendmentsOrder Benefit GuidesGroup/broker contact updatesOther administrative tasks as assignedManage the renewals inbox and requests directed toward the renewals team and escalate as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Administrative experienceStrong background with Excel and Word (Required, 1 year)          

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Insurance-related experience (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $22 - $25. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
