We are looking for a Belgrade-based Renewal Account Manager (Fixed-term) to join our global Renewal Sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about renewal processes within Academia & Government. This is a 4-month contract with the possibility to extend to permanent.

What will you be doing in this role?

Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support.Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales.Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Provide sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve sales effectiveness.Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets.Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership.Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes.Coordinate with account team to give updates on where renewals are at and what help is needed.

About the Team

The team is responsible for account renewal within A&G space in Clarivate.

Hours of Work 

This is a fixed term position (4-month), with the possibility of moving into permanent role. The working hours for this role would be two days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while the remaining three days a week would follow a more flexible schedule, ideally from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
