As an Remuneration Officer (all genders), you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting remuneration regulations, providing insights to shape our compliance strategies. You'll monitor remuneration systems to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including CRD V, the German Banking Act (KwG), EBA Guidelines, and the German Remuneration Regulation (IVV), along with regulatory reporting and disclosures.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret remuneration regulations and conduct monitoring activities to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, providing insights to drive compliance strategies.Prepare reports reflecting the outcome of the conducted monitoring activities.Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks within remuneration systems.Assist in aligning remuneration systems with organizational policies and objectives.Provide guidance and support to HR and other departments on regulatory matters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Compliance, and Internal Audit.Contribute to the development of governance within the Remuneration Officer function.Maintain and implement Remuneration Officer policies and procedures.Prepare materials for the firm’s oversight bodies such as the Management Board and Remuneration Control Committee and for regulatory engagements. Support audits and reviews of remuneration practices.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Human Resources.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Attention to detail and ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders.Proactive approach to project management and workload prioritization.Experience in preparing and presenting reports/ materials.Writing skills in both German and English.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
