REMOTE Tier III NOC Technician
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Global Network Operations NOC III (Day Shift) to provide advanced technical support and maintain network products and services. This role involves performing diagnostics, creating maintenance requests, and coordinating with the NCC and TAC to ensure network health. The candidate will work independently under minimal supervision and handle a variety of moderately difficult assignments requiring innovation and judgment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting with field resources to conduct investigations on issues like fiber degradation, loss of visibility, OTDR Anlalysis and equipment failures. The position requires a minimum of five years in a service provider role, proficiency with SONET/DWDM configurations. This person can work remote anywhere in the United States and it is either M-F 9am- 5pm EST, M-TH 5pm-3 am EST, M-TH 11 pm-9am EST. This position is looking to pay 37-43/hr based on skills and experience as well as benefits are offered through Insight Global while on contract.
