Remote Technical Support Agent
**Introduction** IBM Seeks Support Agent to our Technical Support Center in Oslo for Portable PC. Job description: -Support of on the phone, chat and mail to both private and business customers, mainly for Lenovo ThinkPad. - Troubleshooting with customers on the phone, and eg remote control to the customer's PC. - Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions. - Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS. **Your role and responsibilities** IBM Seeks Support Agent to our Technical Support Center in Oslo for Portable PC. **Required technical and professional expertise** '-Knowledge and experience with portable PC/ LapTop - Polite and outgoing. - Be independent, take your own initiative, be service minded. - Teamplayer. - Good Norwegian language skills both oral and written. Minimum B2 - Good English language skills both oral and written. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Education as an IKT Service Employee or in Computer electronics will be preferred.
