Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled 100% remote Technical Project Manager to lead and manage data migration and cloud modernization programs spanning multiple workstreams. This role requires a strong individual capable of picking up a program "in flight," addressing course corrections, and expertly managing risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee scope, budget, and schedule management for data migration and cloud modernization programs.
Manage multiple workstreams within an ongoing program, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
Implement course corrections and manage risks and issues effectively.
Ensure strong program-level deliverables, including schedule, budget management, and communication plans.
Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
Scaled Agile Environment: Manage projects within a scaled agile framework.
Backlogs: Ensure tasks and issues are properly prioritized and managed within backlogs.
True Program Schedule: Utilize MS Project to aggregate schedules from various domains.
Milestone and Critical Path Management: Implement traditional milestone and critical path management techniques.
JIRA Management: Although not a MS Project shop, manage tasks offline using JIRA.
Technical Background: Possess enough technical knowledge to effectively check-in with architecture teams.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Budget Management: Oversee budget management for on-premises to cloud migration, including AWS setup and data center costs.
Fiscal Management: Handle traditional fiscal management aspects of the program.
Executive Presence: Engage with unique executive partners who are not traditional IT senior leaders to discuss technical steps forward.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of relevant working experience as a technical project manager.
Demonstrated experience in scope, budget, and schedule management for complex programs.
Proven ability to manage programs "in flight" and implement course corrections.
Expertise in risk and issue management.
Experience in an agile environment, with consideration given to SAFe methodologies.
Strong program-level deliverables management skills.
Excellent communication skills, particularly with executives and stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Technologies: Proficiency in organizing and presenting information, not limited to JIRA. Ability to navigate and utilize JIRA effectively.
AWS Knowledge: Understanding of AWS technologies is important. The role focuses on program management rather than development. Big Company Experience: Demonstrated experience working in large organizations.
Preferred credentials: PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications. null
