Description We are partnering with one of our technology clients to support their hiring efforts and are looking to bring on an experienced Contract Recruiter. This would be for a 6-month contract with possibility for extension. This individual will play a key role in driving recruitment across G& A, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Technical/Engineering functions. The ideal candidate brings at least 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: + Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across G& A, GTM (sales, marketing, customer success), and engineering/technical departments + Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide market insight + Proactively source, screen, and manage pipelines of qualified talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms + Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding + Maintain timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (experience beyond 5 years welcomed) + Proven success filling roles in at least two of the following areas: G& A, GTM, and Technical/Engineering + Familiarity with high-growth tech environments + Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills + Ability to work across time zones and adapt to dynamic hiring priorities TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
