About This Opportunity:
We are looking for a Remote Support Center (RSC) Quality Auditor to ensure the quality and compliance of telecom site implementation activities through remote inspection and validation. You will review field execution data, conduct quality audits, and ensure alignment with customer specifications and Ericsson standards, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects.
What You Will Do:
• Remotely supervise NRO field teams and verify site quality evidence using Ericsson tools.
• Review submitted data for compliance with approved checklists and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly reports on completed tasks, acceptance status, and Quality Index (QI).
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and share findings with relevant project teams.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions to enhance team competence.
• Support hardware and solution trials; visit sites for critical cases (e.g., KPI challenges, OJT).
• Maintain tracking sheets and reports in Excel and other tools.
• Utilize and support NRO tools (ERITOP, RA Tool, SRS, IMK).
• Ensure adherence to Ericsson KPIs (First Time Right, Quality Index) and achieve high internal audit scores.
Skills You Bring:
• Strong knowledge of telecom site implementation, quality control, and Ericsson KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson NRO tools (ERITOP, RA Tool, SRS, IMK).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and incident investigation skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and training facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability for on-site support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom rollout, quality assurance, or remote inspection.
• Familiarity with site implementation standards and quality auditing processes.
• Experience in RSC operations or quality control is an advantage.
