Job Description
The Subcontracts Compliance Administrator is responsible for monitoring procurement compliance, ensuring adherence to Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role focuses on staying current with emerging regulatory changes, maintaining purchasing system policies, and providing guidance and training on CPSR compliance requirements.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with CPSR requirements.Conduct periodic internal reviews of procurement records.Support internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs.Act as a resource for staff regarding procurement compliance.Essential Skills6+ years of experience in Federal Subcontracts.Conducted a CPSR Audit in the last 2 years and has expertise in managing the audit.Proficient understanding of FAR and DFAR regulations.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience.5 years of experience in CPSR-related procurement, subcontracting, or compliance functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience in procurement compliance and policy management.Ability to conduct training and deliver effective presentations.Work EnvironmentThe work environment involves collaboration with diverse teams, where you will utilize your expertise in regulatory compliance. The role may require periodic audits and reviews, demanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
