As part of the SGT Team, the Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for implementing both strategic and tactical procurement activities, including but not limited to the purchasing of services and materials necessary to support business operations for both the Buildings & Energy and Digital Solutions organizations.
Responsibilities:•Participating in multi-function teams to ensure the highest level of quality, price, availability and most cost-effective procurement activities.•Negotiation strategy and execution. •Strategic sourcing.•Terms and conditions negotiation.•Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and supplier agreements.•Purchase order management from requisitions for purchase order closeout, including supplier management.•Key member of the proposal team, supporting sourcing activities including preparation of bid packages and evaluation plans•Communicating with internal customers regarding Supply Chain status.•Lead special projects in support of continuous improvement.•Ability to effectively juggle competing priorities.•Experience supporting government contracts including knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fields.•Five to eight years of relevant experience in supply chain management. •Experience in federal government contracts. •Self-Starter, motivated by continuous improvement.•Able to collaborate effectively in group settings.•Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.•Professional demeanor with effective writing, communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: •Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to advance issues.•Knowledge of the construction, manufacturing, industrial, and software industries, especially in support of the federal government customer.•Experience with Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements•Experience with both Salesforce and Deltek’s Costpoint ERP system.•Experience with Microsoft product set, including SharePoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams.
Security Clearance: •Candidate must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

The pay range for this position is $89,300.00 - $120,900.00 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
