Remote Strategic Program Manager
Job Description About the Role Were looking for a Program Operations (Lead) who will immediately focus on helping build and scale the operational backbone of our Product and engineering organization. This role will sit within the Office of the CEO and work directly with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Design to create clarity, enable execution, and drive alignment across teams. Youll be at the center of how strategy becomes executionintroducing lightweight, repeatable systems for goal planning, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and program delivery. While your initial focus will be on Product & Engineering, the patterns and practices you establish will influence company-wide operating rhythms. What Youll Do Cross-functional Business Cadence Optimization  Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Product/Engineering leaders, ensuring alignment between high-level strategy and daily execution.  Establish and streamline any operational rhythms (within the division), such as traction cadence, monthly product updates, etc. Ensure roles and responsibilities, desired outcomes, and cadence visibility are present  (later) Drive planning and prioritization cycles for the Product & Engineering organization (e.g., quarterly planning, OKRs, roadmap intake, and goal tracking Product Development Life-Cycle Process Improvements  Measure the health of the product feedback loop with outside divisions, and address key challenges (as identified)  Build operational artifacts and playbooks (in Notion, Google Docs, JIRA/Asana, Product Board, etc) that guide cross-functional collaboration.  Partner with senior leaders to define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across teams.  Identify gaps in process and tooling, and implement improvements that scale as the team grows.  Lead and drive various tools-related optimization or consolidation efforts (where identified) to streamline end-to-end PDLC Communications and Progress Tracking  Improve visibility and communication through consistent reporting, dashboards, and knowledge management.  Drive creation and adoption of various program patterns (e.g., progress tracking, risk tracking, decisions, milestones, etc.). Skills and Requirements You Might Be a Fit If:  You have 5+ years of experience in program operations, business operations, or strategic project managementpreferably within a SaaS or technology company.  You've supported Product & Engineering teams and understand the tools, cadences, and challenges of the software development lifecycle.  You're highly organized and systems-minded, with a bias toward clarity, efficiency, and repeatability.  You can collaborate across all levels of an organization, from ICs to executives.  Youre comfortable owning initiatives from 01, and you can balance structure with flexibility.  Youre fluent in tools like Jira, Notion, Google Suite, and Slack, and always looking for better ways to enable collaboration.
