Kforce has a client in Odessa, FL that is seeking a Remote Senior AI Technical Product Manager. Responsibilities: * Engage deeply with customers across segments to uncover needs and pain points * Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into scalable product solutions and anticipating future opportunities * Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform product direction * Collaborate with Data, Design, and Engineering to define key metrics and evaluate product performance * Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify strategic opportunities and differentiation * Use market intelligence to refine product positioning and long-term vision * Shape product strategy with input from stakeholders and cross-functional teams * Translate strategy into actionable plans, including sprint goals and release milestones * Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals. * Own the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development * Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering * Ensure development teams have clear priorities and unblock issues to maintain delivery momentum * Align with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support * Communicate product vision and roadmap to inspire and motivate internal teams * Frame complex problems clearly and guide the team through structured solution exploration * Encourage innovation while ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives * Partner with GTM teams early in the development cycle to shape launch strategies
