**Remote Service Engineer**
**In this role** , you have the opportunity to serve the customers of Philips by Proactively monitoring the Philips PACS install base. **You are a part of** EI-RI-SSD Operations team.
**Your role:**
+ Bring support services thinking and mind-set into all aspects of problem escalations
+ Build partnership with end customer (wherever applicable)
+ Good understanding on Information technology components
+ Analyzing & troubleshooting various hardware components (compute/storage/Network) and Application issues quickly and effectively that can be administered remotely.
+ Analyzing and troubleshooting Operating Systems issues quickly and effectively
+ Willingness to work in shifts and 24/7 models.
+ Be aware of the latest technical & organizational developments and their relevance to the business.
**Shifts:** Rotational (including nights and weekends)
**You are fit if:**
+ 2 + years' experience in remote service Engineering role
+ Have a keen interest in **monitoring and alert management**
+ Can perform **basic troubleshooting and triaging**
+ Are comfortable working in a **24/7 rotational shift model**
+ Have good **communication skills, Quick learner/go getter.**
+ (Optional but preferred) Exposure to **healthcare IT/PACS environments**
**How we work together:**
+ We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.This role is an office-based role. **About Philips:** We are a health technology company.
