Key responsibilities

Design and implement features across frontend and backend services (SPA + microservices)  Build secure, versioned APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with enterprise backends  Ensure scalability, performance, high availability, and reliability in a multi-tenant cloud environment  Automate testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational runbooks  Collaborate with UX/Product on design reviews; uphold accessibility and inclusive design  Drive code health, maintainability, and documentation; mentor peers as appropriate for level 

 

Required qualifications 

BS in CS or related field (MS preferred) or equivalent experience  5+ years in full stack development building distributed, fault-tolerant applications  Proficiency in multiple languages: Java and/or Node.js; Python is a plus  Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Redux), HTML5/CSS3; responsive, accessible UI (WCAG)  Backend: Microservices (Spring, Micronaut, Dropwizard, Helidon), API design/versioning  Datastores: SQL/NoSQL (Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB), plus caches/queues (Redis, Kafka); familiarity with vector databases/23ai is a plus  Cloud and containers: OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; Linux fundamentals DevOps: Git, Gradle/Maven, Webpack, npm/yarn, Jenkins/TeamCity; CI/CD pipelines  Testing: JUnit, Postman/Newman; Jest/Mocha/Chai/Enzyme/Puppeteer/Selenium as applicable  Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), security best practices  

Preferred/bonus

Experience with Terraform/IaC, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Cassandra  Familiarity with ML/AI and Generative AI/LLMs to create intuitive, intelligent services
