Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Robotics Technician to join a contract supporting a talented team for on-site deployments of robotics solutions at a customer site in Flint, MI.
This job requires a unique combination of technical skills, end-user training ability, customer relationship management, and effective internal and external communication. This role involves deploying robotic solutions, including robotic hardware and software. You will prepare customer site for deployments, train user groups, and support production use of the system until customer acceptance is achieved. You will also map customer site to create a virtual world for the robots, validate that map and edit as needed. You will also be responsible for diagnosing hardware + software issues, and repairing robotic equipment
Mileage reimbursement to customer site will be expensed.

Skills and Requirements
* 2+ years of experience with hardware, software, and/or networking
* Experience as a hands-on problem solver who is passionate about getting the job done
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines null
