Strategically lead and develop robust student finance operations across multiple campuses, ensuring adherence to C-suite level financial and budgetary guidelines.Drive consistent, world-class student service by implementing efficient policies and processes that empower students to achieve their educational and career goals.Maintain rigorous compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies, actively collaborating with Home Office leaders on controls and reporting.Cultivate strong relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration within our matrix organizational structure, ensuring alignment and seamless service delivery.Proactively manage and optimize campus and central team operational budgets, demonstrating exceptional fiscal responsibility and resource allocation. QualificationsQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in student finance or higher education, with significant multi-location oversight.Remote position- Eastern or Central Time zones preferredCertifications: N/ASkill #1: Deep financial acumen and C-suite level understanding of budgeting, financial aid regulations, and strategic financial planning.Skill #2: Exceptional ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performance teams of 100+ employees in a fast-paced environment.Skill #3: Proven expertise in navigating and collaborating effectively within a complex matrix organization, with strong communication and analytical skills.Skill #4: Requires 50% TravelAbout Us:
