Job Description
A healthcare insurance provider is looking for a QA Engineer to join their team remotely. This person will support Medicaid-related reporting initiatives. This person will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to validate complex data pipelines and workflows, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Medicaid data across large-scale systems. This resource will need to write advanced SQL queries to verify data transformations and business logic, perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies using BigQuery, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data completeness and compliance. This resource will contribute to automating validation tasks using GCP-native tools, document test results and defects, and participate in Agile ceremonies to support continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
Advanced proficiency in SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries
Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and validation
Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail Experience working with Medicaid or healthcare data, including familiarity with regulatory standards null
