Job Description Create and Build Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights to business teams. Create and Build Objective and Key Result (OKR) PowerBI dashboards for each TechPulse topic. Assist with the transition over to Microsoft (TechPulse is currently in the process of transitioning over to Planner, as well as using a Teams Channel) Assist with educating CMS OIT employees about PowerBI, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Teams Channels Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Experience Developing and Building Power BI Capabilities, Dashboards, and Data Visualization. Previous experience with IT Data Visualization, specifically around hybrid-cloud operations and projects Strong communication and collaboration skills, dealing with complex architectures, customers, and competing priorities. Ability to adapt and be productive in a dynamic environment.
