Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a prestigious complex litigation and trial law firm in their search for a Junior Associate Attorney to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This contract-to-hire position provides an excellent opportunity for recently barred attorneys to gain invaluable experience in a dynamic and supportive legal environment. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex litigation matters. + Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence. + Assist in trial preparation, including organizing case materials and participating in strategy discussions. + Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case development and management. + Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. + Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. + Active bar admission in the state of residence or ability to waive in (recent bar admittees encouraged to apply). + Solid understanding of litigation processes and legal principles. + Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills. + Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote work setup. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across various stakeholders.
