Join our My HR Live Support team to help make a difference for employees globally. We deliver best-in-class Leave of Absence, Disability, and HR services, providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries via phone, web case, and chat. As an HR representative, you will handle phone-related contacts from employees across the US, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM, working closely with HR Business Partners and various teams to provide a world-class employee experience.
ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each is resolved with high problem-solving skills and customer obsession.Receive and resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chats, and emails, serving as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related inquiries.Refer to available documentation and escalate issues that cannot be resolved.Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adjust case management plans as needed.Respond to employee issues during leave events and ensure appropriate communication and documentation.Use judgment, critical thinking, and rationale to balance process adherence with employee needs.Consistently consult and collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies.Essential SkillsExperience in customer support and HR, particularly through phones and chat.Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy.Proficiency with computers and research skills to find answers and information.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience dealing with customers and the use of empathy skills.Ability to adjust to changing workloads and manage customer contacts in a fast-paced environment.Capability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information while adhering to strict data privacy guidelines.Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have a dedicated space in their residence to perform their responsibilities successfully. There are expectations to be on camera during training and nesting periods.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
