Job Description The Bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership in their assigned business units. As a key member of the Employee Experience team, the HRBP acts as a trusted advisor and change agent who anticipates and addresses HR-related needs. This role is focused on building strong relationships, enabling business outcomes, and supporting leaders through ongoing organizational growth and transformation.
