Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a technically seasoned Gainsight Administrator to support and enhance the functionality of our customer success platform. As this role becomes a dedicated position, the successful candidate will step into a system with limited documentation, requiring curiosity, autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills. This position is focused not on new builds, but on sustaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting an existing instance of Gainsight, including supporting active and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Gainsight configurations using the Rules Engine, Data Designer, and other technical elements.
Identify and resolve system issues with minimal documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer success initiatives.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions during the onboarding period with the outgoing admin.
The pay for this position ranges from 43-48/HR depending on skillset, education and certifications.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of hands-on technical Gainsight administration experience (minimum of 1 year required).
Proficient in using the Rules Engine, Data Designer, and advanced configuration of Gainsight.
Level 3 Gainsight Certification or equivalent technical experience
Able to work EST hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Background in customer success operations or analytics.
Experience supporting SaaS environments. null
