REMOTE EST - Creative Producer - Paid Media
Job Description A large software and gaming company is seeking a Creative Producer to join a Paid Media team. In this role, youll work alongside internal and external creative teams, strategists, and broader marketing stakeholders to ensure a constant flow of creative content. You will establish and streamline workflows, creative delivery pipelines, and be the central point of contact to facilitate communication and collaboration on all creative needs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at organizing multiple priorities, keeping projects on schedule, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality creative. In this Role You Will: Responsible for end-to-end support of the Paid Media creative pipeline, offering strategic support, overseeing creative teams and localization, and ensuring accurate, compliant delivery of assets. Establish and drive creative timelines, workback schedules, and feedback loops. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage deadlines, anticipate potential roadblocks, and deliver on schedule. Participate in pitch-backs and feedback loops, ensuring agencies have clear direction Coordinate the localization process by managing new requests, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery to dependent teams. Perform quality checks on creative assets to confirm correct file naming, adherence to b guidelines, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ESRB). Develop and maintain robust tracking systems to ensure a consistent, organized flow creative requests, with up-to-date information for all stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison between creative teams (both internal and agency), Paid Media, and Marketing to ensure alignment and clear, timely communication on creative priorities. Skills and Requirements 5+ Years of Project Management Experience with a focus on creative production within marketing or advertising. Gaming and/or Mobile Gaming experience within the live services space. Familiarity with Paid Media creative pipeline, including best practices and tools for managing digital assets. Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to anticipate challenges, manage complex schedules, and adapt to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Workflow Management and automation tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jir Proven success in aligning teams on priorities, communicating status updates, and managing expectations.
