We are hiring a Remote Desktop Engineer to support the IT infrastructure of a large healthcare organization. The role focuses on remote access technologies, virtual desktop environments, and cross-platform support—including Windows and macOS systems. The engineer will ensure secure and efficient access to clinical and administrative systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for Remote Desktop Services (RDS), including troubleshooting session issues, profile errors, and access problems.

• Administer and maintain Citrix, Microsoft RDS, and VMware Horizon environments. 

• Support remote users by configuring and maintaining secure access to healthcare systems, including productivity and clinical applications.

• Provide technical support for Apple macOS devices, including setup, configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting.

• Manage Jamf Pro or similar MDM solutions for Mac endpoint management. 

• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and VPN access using enterprise-grade tools.

• Ensure compliance with organizational remote work policies, including data protection and access control. 

• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy updates, patches, and security configurations across remote desktop environments.

• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions in alignment with ITIL practices.

• Participate in rotational shifts and provide support during off-hours as required.
