Customer Success Account Manager :

- Manage customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. Own customer business plans and serve as primary point of contact.
- Handle customer portfolios and introduce new products to customers
- Maintain customer business plans tracking revenue, profitability, and growth opportunities
- Conduct Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Track and resolve operational issues, billing accuracy, and performance problems
- Quality control performance reporting and invoicing

Required Qualifications ( Skills, Experience , etc) :

Prior Account Management or Customer Support experience
Experince in SCM ( supply chain management ) / procurement , warehousing / inventory and distribution, logistics and transportation
Conflict resolution and accountability management
Project management and cross-functional coordination
